72 Broadwick Street

An existing office and commercial space was repurposed to create a landmark building in the heart of Soho.

Located on Carnaby Street, this urban block has a rich and colorful history, which has been thoughtfully reflected in its architectural design.

The redevelopment now accommodates modern office spaces, a members’ club, new retail units, a gym, and nine high-end apartments beneath a striking copper-faceted roof—serving as a distinctive crown to the building.

Our Director, Nick, was involved in this project from planning through to construction while working at the award-winning practice BuckleyGrayYeoman.
